In principle, cancellations are not accepted after ticket application and payment have been completed. Please apply with this understanding.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the transfer or resale of tickets for this event.
By participating in this event, attendees agree to follow the Company’s operational rules and procedures and shall raise no objections thereto.
Regardless of the circumstances, even if a participant suffers any loss or damage as a result of attending this event, the Company shall not be liable for such damage unless it is caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Due to changes in social conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the event content and duration may be changed, or the event may be canceled.
Any promotional items or gifts will be handed directly to eligible participants on the day of the event only. Distribution on any other date will not be available.
