Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to personal circumstances.

Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond our control. To request a refund, email admin@daddarioandco.asia with your order details and reason for the request. Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.

Ticket Use

This ticket is for personal use only. Resale, transfer, or misuse of this ticket is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been resold will be invalidated.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our event terms and conditions. Special ticket inclusions will be distributed on the day of the event only.If you share photos from the event on social media, please ensure you have consent from anyone featured in them.
