Rizal Ezuan Zulkifly Tony also known as Rizal Tony is a Malaysian jazz guitarist, composer, music director and educator whose artistry blends modern jazz grooves also with the cultural sounds of Southeast Asia. Winner of the Philips Jazz Band Competition, he is a proud D’Addario and Ibanez artist who has released Talk To Me, a smooth jazz album exploring music as therapy, and directs Traditopia, a 13-piece ensemble uniting tradition and innovation.

With nearly 25 years as a senior lecturer at UiTM’s Faculty of Music, Rizal has guided the next generation of musicians while performing with renowned artists including Henk Kraijeveld, Jens Bunge, Rachel Guerzo, Michael Veerapen, Junji Delfino and WVC.
